Float Switches

Float switches are used for level detection of liquids. They trigger switching commands at pre-defined fill levels and are therefore able to control filling and emptying pumps, for example, depending on the fill level, or trigger an alarm at certain liquid levels.

These devices are optionally available with one, two or three switching contacts and can therefore monitor up to four different limit levels. The microswitches are installed in a robust and impact-resistant plastic housing. The float forms a hermetically sealed unit with a permanently mounted special connection cable.

The most important areas of application are pumps and drainage systems, waste water or the chemical industry, wherever reliable level detection of liquids is required.
